COMPLIMENTARY 3 YEARS’/60,000KM SCHEDULED SERVICING OFFER

The Complimentary 3 years’/60,000km Scheduled Servicing (the Scheduled Servicing) is a limited-time promotional offer providing eligible Geely customers with complimentary scheduled servicing for their vehicle for a period of three (3) years or 60,000 km, whichever occurs first.

This Scheduled Servicing applies to new and demonstrator MY25 EX5 vehicles purchased from an authorised Geely Dealer within the promotional period.

1. Who is eligible?

1.1 To qualify for the Complimentary 3 years’/60,000km Scheduled Servicing, the following criteria must be met:

• The customer must purchase a new or demonstrator MY25 Geely EX5 from an authorised Geely Dealer.

• The purchase must occur within the Promotional Period from 31 January 2025 to 28 February 2025 and delivered by 30 April 2025.

2. Service Schedule

2.1 Services must be completed at the earlier of the kilometre-based or time-based intervals listed below:

2.2 A grace period of 3,000 km or 4 weeks applies beyond the scheduled interval. Missed services cannot be claimed later, refunded, or exchanged for other benefits.

2.3 The Scheduled Servicing includes the items specified under Scheduled Maintenance listed in the Service & Warranty Booklet for the first 3 services.

3. When Does the Scheduled Servicing Commence?

3.1 The Scheduled Servicing commences on the original warranty start date of the vehicle, which is defined as:

• The date of first registration, or

• The date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail owner, whichever occurs first.

3.2 For demonstrator vehicles, the Scheduled Servicing commencement date will be the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail owner.

3.3 The Scheduled Servicing must be activated at the time of vehicle purchase, and no extensions or modifications to the start date will be granted.

4. When does the Scheduled Servicing expire?

4.1 The Scheduled Servicing coverage will expire upon the first occurrence of any of the following:

Completion of three (3) scheduled services.

• Expiry of 36 months from the original warranty start date.

The vehicle reaching 60,000 km on the odometer.

5. What is covered in the Scheduled Servicing?

5.1 This Service Plan covers

• Labour costs for scheduled servicing.

• Replacement of standard service parts, including: lubricants, sundries.

• Inspections, Diagnostic checks & necessary software updates.

6. What is Not Covered?

6.1 If, during a Scheduled Service, a Geely Dealer identifies additional work outside the Scheduled Servicing scope, the dealer will notify the customer of the details and costs before proceeding. Any work outside the Scheduled Servicing is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

6.2 The Scheduled Servicing does NOT cover any service items excluded from the Service & Warranty Booklet, including but not limited to:

1) General wear and tear as defined in the Service & Warranty Booklet.

2) Damage or deterioration due to improper vehicle use, including participation in racing, rallying, off-road driving, or similar competitive activities.

3) Negligent operation, misuse, or overloading, including failure to address fluid leaks or other critical maintenance issues.

4) Accidental damage, theft, unauthorised use, or malicious interference by third parties.

5) Unauthorised modifications or installation of non-approved parts, accessories, or components.

6) Failure to follow recommended servicing intervals or improper repairs after an accident or known defect.

7) Use of incorrect or contaminated fuels, lubricants, coolants, or fluids.

8) Repairs conducted by non-authorised repairers outside the official Geely dealer network.

9) Lack of routine maintenance or use of unsuitable cleaning agents on the vehicle’s exterior and interior.

10) Environmental damage, such as corrosion or deterioration caused by salt, sand, pollution, extreme weather, or natural disasters.

11) Wheel and suspension components, including alignment, balancing, bearings, tyres, and shock absorbers.

12) Brake system wear items, including pads, discs, and clutch components.

13) Consumable electrical components, including wiper blades, fuses, key fob batteries, light bulbs, and satellite navigation updates.

14) Non-genuine Geely parts or accessories, including paint, trim, and cosmetic components.

15) Additional maintenance items, fluids, or treatments not specified in the Scheduled Maintenance Summary.

7. How to redeem

7.1 The Program and redeeming of each scheduled service can only be completed through the Authorised Geely Service Network.

8. Transferability of the Scheduled Servicing

8.1 The Complimentary 3 years’/60,000km Scheduled Servicing remains with the vehicle and can be transferred to subsequent owners.

8.2 The new owner will inherit any remaining period of the Scheduled Servicing as long as the original terms and conditions are met.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Complimentary 3 years’/60,000km Scheduled Servicing operates in addition to Geely’s standard new vehicle warranty.

9.2 Failure to adhere to the scheduled service intervals outlined in this Scheduled Servicing may affect warranty eligibility as per the Service & Warranty Booklet.

9.3 The Scheduled Servicing does not affect customer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9.4 Geely reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Scheduled Servicing at its discretion.
